The above trait underlies our management’s relationship with its stakeholders, suppliers and employees, who in turn serve our guests with passion and sincerity.

During my 25 years of experience in the F&B industry in which I operated leading nightlife venues in Lebanon and the Middle East, I always had one goal. I was determined to build an iconic venue with an unorthodox design that would rise from my hometown and expand globally. The journey began with SPINE, which rapidly garnered international awards and gained worldwide recognition.

Although this has been picked up by my team, I still possess an innate drive to exercise hands-on operations, perfect the details, and ensure that a “no compromise” setup is always in place. This culture empowers us to continuously strengthen and ameliorate the experiences we provide.
